With over 17 years of hands-on experience in construction safety, risk management, and operations, Eric Alvarado is the backbone of EA Safety Services, LLC. Eric didn’t learn safety from behind a desk—he learned it in the trenches, navigating the complex realities of active, high-stakes jobsites.
Eric’s extensive background spans nearly every sector of the construction industry, including:
• Heavy Civil & Infrastructure: Highway/freeway expansion, railroad projects, and public works.
• Commercial & Vertical Construction: High-rise developments, steel erection, tilt-up concrete, and masonry/brick.
• Specialty Trades: Underground utilities, public utility projects, roofing, parking structures, and complex traffic control.
Eric holds numerous industrycertifications, including his Red Cross CPR/First Aid Trainer Certification, allowing him to train and certify crews directly on-site. He is currently finalizing his CHST (Construction Health and Safety Technician) certification, further cementing his commitment to top tier industry standards.
Because Eric understands the pace, pressure, and demands of the field, he knows that safety should support progress, not hold it back. He develops solutions that actually get followed on-site, identifying risks before they escalate and supporting teams without slowing down operations.
