Inspection scheduled? Received a letter?
Tell us in the intake and call us. Urgent projects get priority scheduling.
Why it matters
A generic IIPP is one of the first things that fails an inspection
The IIPP is one of Cal/OSHA's most frequently cited standards. Inspectors don't just ask whether you have a binder. They check whether it names your people, your hazards and your procedures, and whether you actually follow it.
Templates don't fit
Fill-in-the-blank programs miss your hazards, list programs you don't need, and skip ones you do.
Missing programs add up
Heat illness, hazard communication, workplace violence prevention and more each carry their own requirements and citations.
Paper isn't proof
Without forms, training records and inspection logs, a written program can't show it is being implemented.
How it works
Four steps from intake to a program you can adopt
Complete the intake
One guided online questionnaire about your work, crews, equipment and chemicals. Save and come back anytime. Upload your files.
We review and recommend
We audit what Cal/OSHA requires for your operations, then contact you with our recommendations and pricing.
We build your full set
Once you approve, we build your IIPP and written programs with your names, sites and procedures, plus forms, logs and a training plan.
Review, adopt and train
You review, sign and roll it out. Add on training and site inspections when you want hands-on help.
What you get
A complete, ready-to-implement program set
IIPP (Title 8 §3203)

Every applicable written program
Each program your operations trigger, selected through the intake rather than guesswork.
Forms and logs
Inspection checklists, training sign-ins, incident and investigation forms, JHAs and more.
Training plan
Who needs which training, when, and how to document it.
Editable Word + PDF
Update names and procedures yourself as your company changes.
Gap and action list
A plain-language list of the decisions and fixes management should make before adoption.
Dark chips are required for most California employers. Others depend on your operations; the intake tells us which apply.

We review and audit
Our safety professional reviews your answers and files, identifies the required and optional programs for your operations, and notes any gaps.
Recommendations and pricing
We contact you with our recommendations, a quote and a timeline. Training and site inspections are available if you want them. You decide before any work begins.
Who reviews your programs
Field experience, not just paperwork
Every program is reviewed by Eric Alvarado, Founder & Lead Safety Consultant, before it reaches you. Eric brings 17+ years of hands-on experience in construction safety, risk management and operations, across heavy civil and infrastructure, commercial and vertical construction, and specialty trades.
He holds a Red Cross CPR/First Aid Trainer certification and is pursuing his CHST. When a project needs more, EA Safety Services can bring in credentialed specialists, including CHST, CSP and OSHA 500 holders and bilingual trainers.
