Providing and Improving the Service. We use your information to operate, maintain, and improve the EA Safety Services, LLC platform, including generating safety reports, tracking action items, conducting AI-powered hazard analysis, and delivering tailgate meeting materials in English and Spanish.

Communication. We use your email address to send you service-related communications, such as safety reports shared by your team, action item notifications, and account updates. We do not send marketing emails unless you have opted in.

Safety Compliance. We use project data, inspection records, and safety documentation to help you maintain compliance with OSHA regulations and other applicable safety standards. This data is stored securely and is accessible only to authorized users within your organization.

AI-Powered Features. When you use our AI Hazard Scan or AI Corrective Action features, photos and text you submit are processed by artificial intelligence systems to identify potential safety hazards and recommend corrective actions. These AI analyses are performed solely to provide you with safety insights and are not used for any other purpose.

How We Store and Protect Your Information

We take the security of your data seriously. All data transmitted between your device and our servers is encrypted using industry-standard TLS (Transport Layer Security) encryption. Data at rest is stored on secure, access-controlled servers.

We implement the following security measures:

• Regular security reviews and updates
• Secure cloud storage for uploaded files and documents (Amazon Web Services)
