THE CLOSEOUT CERTIFICATE

A one-page PDF proving the finding was cleared: the report number, what was found, who fixed it, who accepted it, and the before and after photographs.
It attaches to the closeout email, so the subcontractor has a copy for their own file without an account.
A corrected finding shows its fix on the report itself, in the app, in the emailed copy and on the PDF. A report read two years later shows the hazard and the correction together.
