PERMITS, APPROVED BY THE PERSON WHO SHOULD APPROVE THEM
- Hot work, excavation, confined space entry and guardrail removal.
- Each one carries the detail the permit actually needs: soil classification and cave-in protection on an excavation, gas readings and the named attendant on a confined space, the fire watch on hot work.
- The general contractor's approver signs off from a link, with no login and no account. Their name, company, signature and date go on the permit, and a denial records the reason.
- Every permit gets its own number and produces a PDF, filed against the job.
MEETINGS AND SIGN-IN
- The iPad goes round the crew and each person signs on screen, one at a time.
- A worker who is not on your payroll scans a code and signs on their own phone.
- Tailgate topics with their full written content in English and Spanish, ready to read out or print.
WHAT MAKES THIS DIFFERENT
