This role is a strong fit for someone with basic construction experience who wants to build a long-term career in safety. The position focuses on supporting jobsite inspections, recognizing common hazards, assisting with documentation, and learning how to communicate safety expectations effectively in the field.

Candidates for this role should haveĀ OSHA 30 (Construction), a working understanding of how jobsites operate, and the willingness to learn, take direction, and grow within a professional safety environment.

Site Safety Representative / Safety Specialist

This role is designed for candidates with hands-on construction safety experience who can operate independently on active jobsites. The work includes routine inspections, hazard identification, field communication, safety reporting, and support for site-specific compliance efforts.

Candidates should haveĀ OSHA 30, preferablyĀ OSHA 510, along with practical field experience and the ability to address safety issues professionally, clearly, and effectively.

Safety Manager / Safety Consultant

This opportunity is intended for experienced professionals who can lead safety efforts, manage client expectations, and support complex projects with a high level of professionalism and technical judgment. Responsibilities may include audits, program review, compliance guidance, project coordination, and mentorship of junior team members.

Candidates should have strong field leadership skills, a solid understanding of construction safety requirements, and the ability to balance compliance expectations with jobsite realities. Advanced certifications and deeper Cal/OSHA knowledge are strongly preferred for these roles.
